Export Executive

**About the Role**
An export documentation executive is responsible for supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with SOPs, and handles recordkeeping requirements to support timely billing. He/she will be responsible to ensure that compliance related documents and KYC documents are maintained in an organized and centralized manner. This role will report to the head of the Exports Department.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle the all export documents related shipping and logistics, place the booking with line, update the SI, update the BL draft, and coordinate with customer
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments, Payment follow-up with the consignee.
- Communicate with international/national customers, including freight Forwarders, CHA, vendors.
- Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders and CHA.
- Maintaining export documents files.
- Preparing checklist. Filing shipping bill. Arranging Air Waybill or Bill of lading & LC draft checking and preparing shipment documents as per the LC.
- Arranging transportation for shipment. Coordinate with Airline and shipping line. Coordinate with the team for entire shipments
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Additional diploma in Export-Import Management preferred.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
