**Profile Introduction**:
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to the overall efficiency of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Manage daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents. Assist in creating and editing reports and presentations.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff as required.
- **Meeting Support**: Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes and distributing relevant documents.
- **Data Entry**: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems and databases.
- **Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- **Support Teams**: Collaborate with different departments to provide administrative support as needed.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Undertake special projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
