Job Title: Sales representative for Hyderabad - Natural Spice Products

As a Sales representative, you will play a vital role in driving our sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales representative to join our dynamic team. As the Sales representative for our natural spice products, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing strategic sales plans. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and expanding our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for our natural spice products.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, distribution channels, and potential partnerships.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales strategies, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency and productivity.

5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to natural spice products.

6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of successful sales management with an experience of 2+ years, preferably in the FMCG industry.

3. Strong understanding of the spices market, including customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

5. Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.

6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
