**Job Position**: Admin Assistant
**Reporting To**: Admin Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Generate end-to-end reports on site activities, progress, and challenges.
- Coordinate effectively between the site and office for seamless communication and workflow.
- Interact with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals and compliance.
- Implement and monitor safety and quality compliance measures on-site.
- Arrange and manage necessary facilities for the smooth functioning of the site.
- Assist the Admin Manager and Project Manager in various administrative tasks.
**Desirable Skills & Professional Criteria**:
- Possession of any degree with relevant experience.
- Ex-servicemen and retired officers will be given preference.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction industry or related sectors.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to liaise with local authorities for permits and approvals.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality compliance.
- Familiarity with facilities management.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license, as travel to different sites is required.
- Petrol conveyance or reimbursement provided upon submission of proper proof.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
