**Job Description**-:
- Following up with existing and new clients
- Managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth.
- Manage the Customer Service operations by overseeing the customer feedback and compliant processes and thus provide support to various departments to resolve the same within timelines.
- Ensure that service issues are solved within a stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and quality service is delivered to the customers.
- Provide support in various operations and activities.
- Handling post sales procedure.
- Regularly interact with end customers for understanding their requirements, aspirations and expectations.
- Data management, feedback management
- Client Coordination, Correspondence & Documentation
Must have:
- Good English & Hindi communication
- Mailing experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,880.24 - ₹22,000.00 per month
