Job Description for Tele Sales
- Outbound Calls: Making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products and services. These calls may involve cold calling, warm leads, or following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring a thorough understanding of the insurance products and services offered by the company. This includes knowledge of different types of insurance policies, coverage details, premiums, and any additional benefits or riders.
- Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company. This involves effectively presenting insurance products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for insurance sales. This may involve conducting research, responding to inquiries, and following up with interested individuals or businesses.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of policy renewals or additional sales. This may include regular follow-up calls, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Documentation and Administration: Ensuring accurate and timely recording of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other databases.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance sales, such as data protection, privacy laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance policies, and emerging customer needs. This may involve participating in training programs or workshops provided by the company.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, such as sales managers, underwriters, or customer service representatives, to provide seamless customer experiences and address complex customer inquiries or issues.
- Sales Reporting: Providing regular sales reports to the management team, including sales metrics, performance analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in any BFSI industry. Fresher are also welcome with good communication skills.

Languages known: English, Marathi, Hindi, (Tamil & Kanada) optional

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
