- We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements, and Reporting._

**_ _**
- Responsibilities_
- This position is responsible for managing a team of R2R associates, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls._
- _Conduct periodic review of JEs, MJEs & reconciliations of various accounts._
- _Lead the financial close process by reviewing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines._
- _Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions._
- _Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management._
- _Exposure to Fixed Assets Accounting, Lease accounting and Sales and Use Tax, bank reconciliation, inter
- company accounting & month end close_
- _Responsible for overall performance metrics - Reporting and tracking of metrics (CPI / KPI & E2E metrics)_
- _Manage L1 escalations, liaise with upstream business teams to resolve outstanding issues, highlighting any risks in the process._
- _Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client, drive cross training ongoing basis._
- _Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide financial information and address inquiries._
- _Continuous Improvement - Enable efficiency through continuous improvement._
- _Drive process capabilities and skills, develop the performance of team in line with the Group's policies and systems in order to achieve business goals_
- _Must have relevant people manger experience to handle small to mid-size team_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus._
- _Relevant operational R2R experience including financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation and journals, banking, fixed assets, intercompany Experience in a managerial role._
- _In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)._
- _Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs._
- _Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills._
- _Effective leadership and team management abilities._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._

- Preferred qualifications /Skills_
- _Chartered Accountants (CAs) / CPA will be more preferred._
- _Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_
- _MS Excel & SAP knowledge is helpful._
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team._
- _IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office_
- _Understanding of internal controls and compliance._
- _Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Effective communication and teamwork skills._
