- Lead the General Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Management, exposure to Special Accounting: Fuel & Gas, Alcohol and Homeowners Association, Lease and Fixed Asset and Real Estate Accounting team out of Genpact._
- _Ensure timeliness and Accuracy of all deliverables_
- _Provide guidance to team for correct accounting treatment_

- Responsibilities_
- _The person will be responsible for day to day and accounting and month end close journals Review and coordination_
- _Review and Validate Inputs for journals processing_
- _Balance sheet reconciliations Review and clearing of open items_
- _Identify process improvement and standardization of process_
- _Month end Financial Reporting Preparation and Review_
- _Investigate and research open items and follow up/escalate with different teams for resolution of open items_
- _Adherence to the internal/external US GAAP/SOX audits_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Accounting graduates with relevant experience, CA/CMA preferred._
- _Working experience with ERPs, specifically SAP would be preferred_
- _Experience in reconciliations tool eg Blackline would be added advantage_
- _Prior experience with Retail Clients with same size would be preferred_
- _Good Interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex task and communicate well Leadership behaviors, Drive Innovation, Act Like an Owner, Inspire Other_
- Develop Self and Other Effective leadership and team management abilities._

- _Strong Accounting and Analytical skills_
- _Good understanding of accounting GAAP (US GAAP preferred) principles and strong analytical skills_
