**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordination with Team Members, Vendors, Etc.

**Back Office Tasks**:

- Search for properties from various sources and prepare a comprehensive database.
- Call prospective property owners to obtain detailed information about their properties.
- Systematically organize and maintain property details for easy retrieval and use.
- Update properties and inquiries in CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- List properties on platforms such as 99Acres, Magicbricks, WhatsApp, and other relevant sites.
- Conduct social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other official company accounts.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in office administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role, with some background in real estate or property management being advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
