*Job Description:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Submit online profiles for government subsidies and claims.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of profiles and submissions.
- Assist in processing, tracking, and following up on submitted claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support daily operational needs.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
*Requirements:*
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
*Work Hours:* 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
*Company Established:* Since 2010
