As an Operations Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will gain valuable experience in various aspects of our agritech supply chain, from procurement to customer delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Survey of retail vendors, identification of retailer problems and assistance in vendor onboarding is a critical part of this job
- Assist with procurement of fruits and vegetables from local farmers, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries, including scheduling routes and managing dispatch of our electric carts.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
- Assist with quality control measures at various stages of the supply chain.
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Gather and analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support in implementing new processes and technologies to optimize operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, good knowledge of the agri sector is a big plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (a plus).
- Passion for agritech and innovation.
