Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Business Development Team and Members in managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis on various topics as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies.
- Attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Intercept communication on behalf of the Business Development department and direct messages to appropriate parties.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Business Officer and other members of the team as required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job description**
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Preparing documents and updating records.
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

**Management Trainee Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in management or similar
- Experience in a management role or similar.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,020.71 - ₹18,000.00 per month
