Sales Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
**As a Sales Coordinator at OSNA Electronics Pvt Ltd, you will be essential in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations. Your main tasks will include**:
- **Sales Assistance**: Help the sales team with lead generation, sales presentations, and maintaining reports.
- **Client Relations**: Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving their inquiries and delivering excellent service to foster strong relationships.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order entries, track deliveries, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Data Management**: Update and manage customer records, sales data, and inventory in our CRM system.
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**: Work with logistics and finance teams to ensure efficient sales operations.
- **Reporting**: Create and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
**Important Note**: This role does not involve daily sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
