Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through various sales strategies.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations with our solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and to identify areas for sales growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts for management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
