**Job Title: Account Executive - North America (Remote from India)**

**Job Overview**:
Our Account Executive is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that will see you leading new business development in the North American region. The role will be accountable for developing & executing our global business development strategy across the North American region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about international education and is confident in growing a new sales function region to help us achieve our long-term growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate sales opportunities and business case presentations for new and existing clients in North America. Expand market penetration and grow profits.-
- Build, develop and manage your sales pipelineTravel to customer locations and marketing events as needed-
- Put Product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy.-
- Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.-
- Prepare sales proposals, RFPs, and agreements to ensure timely sales closures.-
- Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction.-
- Responsible for working closely with product and sales teams to develop all collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, technical documents, etc.-
- Represent the company across industry events and conferences.**Required Skill Sets**:
- 2 years of experience in the SAAS Domain is a must.-
- Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and an eagerness to learn are must-have traits.-
- Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM or ISMS is highly desirable-
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on.-
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.-
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.-
- A bachelor's degree is required.**About Us**
