Job Description: Presentation and Data Management Intern

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a

Presentation and Data Management Intern. In this role, you will be

responsible for transforming data into visually engaging presentations and

managing data in Excel sheets. This internship provides an excellent

opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, presentation design, and

organizational efficiency. You will work closely with team to support various

projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Presentation Design:

- Create visually appealing and professional presentations using Keynote,

PowerPoint, or other presentation software.
- Transform raw data into charts, graphs, and visuals to effectively

communicate key findings and insights.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and

deliver engaging presentations that meet their needs.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and design elements across

all presentations.

2. Data Management:

- Collect, organize, and manage data using Excel or other spreadsheet

software.
- Perform data entry, verification, and cleaning to ensure accuracy and

completeness.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets for tracking and analyzing various

metrics, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to summarize and visualize

data trends.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with colleagues to gather necessary data and information for

presentations.
- Seek feedback and incorporate suggestions to continuously improve the

quality and effectiveness of presentations.
- Communicate task updates, challenges, and achievements to the team in

a clear and concise manner.

4. Research and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with presentation design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Explore innovative ways to present data and insights in a visually

appealing and impactful manner.
- Conduct research to enhance the quality and effectiveness of

presentations.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in presentation software such as Keynote, PowerPoint, or

Google Slides.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Previous experience with data analysis, presentation design, or data

management is a plus.

Key Skills : Keynote, MS Power Point, Google Slides, Ms Excel, Other

communication software

OS Knowledge : Windows, MacOS.

This is an internship position that offers valuable hands-on experience in

data-driven presentations and data management. As an intern, you will have

the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, develop new skills, and

learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
