Customer Onboarding Executive

Job Role:
- Understanding client’s queries and providing them solutions
- Provide Training and equip new customers with the videos and other training
- Follow up with new customers and help them navigate any difficulties they are
- Taking a follow-up of inactive clients
- Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Introduce existing customers to newer and advanced features
- Working patiently and politely with clients
- Work closely with Customer Support and Sales team to onboard a new Pharmacy on the platform
- Maintaining quality of work and doing proper logging of work in HubSpotGiving quality feedback to improve customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹381.00 per day
