Ø Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Ø Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust channel strategies as needed.
Ø Prepare regular reports and forecasts on partner performance and contributions to the company's revenue.
Ø Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
