Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**:
Greet clients warmly and professionally.
Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
Manage and update appointment schedules.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of any changes.
Contact and schedule appointments for business upskilling on a monthly basis
- **Check-In and Check-Out**:
Process client check-ins and check-outs.
Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
Offer and explain any promotions or membership options.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments.
Keep track of inventory for retail products and supplies.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as distributing promotional materials.
Regularly monitor product details to prevent the use of expired products.
Ensure the accounts are accurately closed at the end of the day with no discrepancies
- **Coordination with Staff**:
Communicate client needs and feedback to salon staff.
Ensure that stylists and other service providers are informed of their schedules and client details.
- **Maintaining a Professional Environment**:
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Ability to address and resolve client issues or complaints effectively.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones while managing appointments.
