Role and Responsibility

Provide accurate information regarding products and services and policies

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary

Maintain detailed records of customer interaction and transaction

follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved

collaborate with team members and other departments to improve process and services delivery

Strong verbal and communication

Language skills : English, Telugu ,Hindi and Malayalam

Immediate joiner

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
