**Job description**

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at 3B Semiconductors Pvt Ltd, your primary role is to drive sales growth through both existing customer management and the exploration of new customer bases in India and overseas. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, devising strategic plans, and executing key activities to meet defined targets. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and enhancing market share. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and increasing our competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow customer billing in alignment with defined targets.

**Business Development**:

- Explore and cultivate new customer accounts, domestically and internationally.
- Identify emerging areas for high growth and profit, targeting underpenetrated markets.
- Generate leads and follow-ups, prioritizing high-return opportunities.

**Sales Growth**:

- Drive sales growth by offering value-added solutions that align with customer business needs.
- Maximize profits and margins through strategic product selection.
- Coordinate global transactions to capture business opportunities.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for key accounts.
- Identify and address emerging customer and market needs.
- Engage with decision-makers and executives to forecast future demands and provide solutions.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Internal Sales teams.
- Organize customer web trainings, seminars, and design-in improvements.
- Track and manage key account activities to drive business success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Excellent understanding of the semiconductor industry and related markets.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in identifying market trends and opportunities.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
