Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**Position Summary**

Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems.

**A Day in the Life**- Collaborate directly with other technical and non-technical stakeholders in the design, testing, integration, and implementation of Enterprise-level solutions- Identify, test, and implement enhancements and automation capabilities for data migrations, security best practices, environment builds, and operational management standards- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems- Build and maintain relationships across departments- Demonstrate broad knowledge of technology principles, practices, and procedures- Work with management, architects, and engineers to develop artifacts- Self-manage in a way that allows flexibility to support multiple projects at any given time-
- Install new and rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.- Configure / add new services as necessary.- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required- Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required**We would love to chat if you have...**- 2 or more years of experience as a Systems Administrator- Cloud Operations experience, specifically Azure and AWS- Experience with IT transformation - data center consolidations and migration- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- **Computer/Technical**:
- Systems Troubleshooting- MS Windows Server- MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS services- Virtualization Technologies - Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, vSphere- MS SQL Server- ITIL experience- Linux servers in virtualized environments- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, and Nginx- Programming/scripting experience- Experience with firewall configurations, routers, and managed switches
