General Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, page layouts, objects, and data management. Establish procedures for management of system users, user environments, directories, and security for each division based on environmental needs. Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and workflows, to optimize user experience and productivity. Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers, to streamline business processes and workflows. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, including resolving issues, investigating errors, and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Lead and participate in Salesforce system upgrades, releases, and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations and enhancements in Salesforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and data analytics, to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications as needed. Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations to maximize the platform's effectiveness. Monitor workflow errors, system performance, security, and stability, and implement measures to address any issues or concerns. Create documentation and resources to support user adoption and proficiency in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successful enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations and administration for 500+ users. Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Components Framework. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and customization capabilities. Working knowledge of Zapier integration, Salesforce integration, Windows APIs, and SQL server. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate productive discussions and decision-making. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
