**Expense Management**: Assisting with expense reporting and reimbursement processes for employees, keeping track of receipts and ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Data Entry and Analysis**: Entering data into databases and spreadsheets, and possibly generating basic reports or summaries.

**Coordination**: Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks and projects.

**Confidentiality**: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

**Problem Solving**: Addressing minor office-related issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations.

**Basic Financial Tasks**: Assisting with tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping.

**Event Planning**: Organizing company events, workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
