**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental dishes in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare ingredients and manage mise en place effectively for various menu items.
- Learn and understand the various cooking techniques used in Continental cuisine, such as sautéing, grilling, roasting, and baking.
- **Kitchen Operations**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the recipe and quality standards.
- Handle and store food items safely, following food hygiene guidelines.
- **Support Senior Chefs**:
- Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs with their daily tasks.
- Support in the creation of new dishes and contribute ideas during menu planning.
- **Stock Management**:
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and help in maintaining inventory of food supplies.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries to ensure the quality of ingredients.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Ensure that food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
