**Position Summary**:
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving growth in the organic food market. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for organic products and a strong background in B2B sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the client base within the B2B sector.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential business clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers, to introduce our organic product offerings.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the organic food industry.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of our organic product range and effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to management.
- **Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and network with potential clients.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food industry or related sectors. Experience in the organic food industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
