Job Overview

The Sales Assistance will play a pivotal role in driving membership sales, growing our community, and ensuring our spaces are fully utilized. You will be responsible for identifying prospective members, showcasing our spaces, and nurturing leads to conversion. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, relationship building, and a keen understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, online research, and marketing initiatives.
- Sales Conversion: Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, schedule and conduct site tours, and follow up to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, acting as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about coworking and flexible workspace market trends, competitor offerings, and local business needs.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue targets, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and to provide a seamless experience for prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in coworking, real estate, or related sectors. Experience with B2B sales and membership-driven environments is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets; ability to engage clients and close deals.
- Proactive Approach: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and other software to manage leads and track sales performance.
