Job description.

A Client Service and Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, generating sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Job Title**: Client Service and Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Client Service and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating new client accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in client service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the [ printing ink industry and manufacturing]
- Knowledge of [ Screen printing inks and allied products ]
- Sales certification.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based, with travel to client workshops.
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment
- May require working evenings to meet client needs

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
