**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales development cycle: new business research needs assessment and initial introduction and online product demonstrations
- Actively build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and requirements of the customer's Position Responsibilities:

- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Client Retention
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

**Management and Reporting**:

- Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
