**Reporting to: Branch Head**

**Position Title: Air Sales & Operations**

**Education Qualification: Graduation**

**Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience**

**Role Requirement**:
This role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with both customer and carrier contacts. Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, promoting and selling services,

and maintaining sales goals and objectives.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

2. Generate new sales leads to establish the business.

3. Sell and negotiate services.

4. Responsible for onboarding new customers.

5. To achieve volumes & Revenue targets

6. Provide quotes for current and prospective clients.

7. Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.

8. Provide follow-up, customer satisfaction with clients as needed.

9. Work closely with Logistics Managers/team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently.

10. Outstanding payment follow-up with debtors, monitor & maintain the credit TAT

11. Rate Quotation

12. Negotiate rates with Airlines

13. Shipments Tracking

14. Cargo Movement monitoring

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision-making skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales leads: 5 years (preferred)
