We are searching for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing piston and screw air compressors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing initiatives for our air compressors, contributing to our growth and success in this new product category.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote air compressors and achieve sales targets.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to create product awareness and generate leads.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital marketing, cold calls, and networking.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer support.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in piston and screw air compressors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify market trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, expanding product line.
