We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to manage our presence on the Indiamart platform. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, both through calls and messages, issuing quotations, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Indiamart Management**: Monitor and manage the Indiamart platform, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Inquiry Handling: Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone calls and messages, providing them with accurate product information and assistance.
**Quotation Generation**:Prepare and issue quotations to customers based on their requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
**Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers to answer any additional questions, address concerns, and nurture leads towards conversion.
**Order Processing**: Facilitate the order process from inquiry to payment collection, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
**Payment Collection**: Coordinate with customers to collect payments in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
**Reporting**: Maintain records of sales activities, including inquiries, quotations, and payments received. Provide regular reports to management as required.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a similar industry or platform management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using online platforms such as Indiamart and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer management.
