Nuwebwave Technologies is a fast-growing company involved in the sale and distribution of food products, including fruits, dry fruits, and vegetables. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time role requires a strong understanding of food products and the ability to engage customers, provide quotes, and manage sales efficiently.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of food-related products, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer relationships. You should have strong communication skills, particularly in English, a good understanding of basic math for preparing accurate quotes, and a background or interest in the food industry. This role comes with a lock-in period of 6 months and a starting salary of ₹25,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify potential customers and approach them to promote and sell fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, and other food products.

Manage and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.

Quotation and Negotiation:
Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate, competitive quotes.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.

Follow up on quotes provided to ensure customer satisfaction and finalization of sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products, pricing, or orders.

Provide customers with information on new products and promotions.

Sales Reporting:
Track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on sales performance.

Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.

Market Research and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends in the food industry, including fruits, dry fruits, and vegetables.

Have a keen understanding of product quality, pricing, and customer preferences to meet market demand.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory if relevant experience is present.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to handle basic math for preparing quotes and managing sales-related data.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or interest in food products such as fruits, dry fruits, and vegetables.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).

Salary and Benefits:
Starting Salary: ₹25,000 per month.

Lock-In Period: 6 months (commitment to stay with the company for this duration).

This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 10:30AM to 6:30PM.
