**Roles & Responsibilities**
**A) Job Objective**
Responsible for overseeing, assessing, and improving the operations, performance, and productivity of all commercial & administrative teams by analysing data and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
This individual must collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor key performance metrics, pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation initiatives to drive the business forward.
**1. Business Excellence**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that aligns with the organisation’s overall business objectives
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on processes, performance, risk management, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
- Benchmark company practices against the industry and/or competitors’ best practices.
- Identify and recommend industry best practices to be adopted within various departments.
- Create and execute relevant change management plans to incorporate best practices into the organization.
- Drives Improvement programs in Commercial & Support functions for business improvement.
**2. Business Process Improvement**
- Maintain log of all discrepancies found during departmental process audits and report the same at relevant meeting events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve common and/or critical audit findings
- Work closely with functional heads to re-evaluate current business processes and help identify process improvement opportunities as well as upgradation of reporting mechanisms
- Periodically update all relevant departmental documentation, including but not limited to SOPs, and policies, as and how required and in validation with functional heads.
**3. Role Requirements**
Desired Qualifications
- MBA and bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Desired Experience
- 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, and marketing with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- 2+ years of experience of leading business excellence departments, preferably in steel company
Functional Skills
- Excellent data analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience in commercial excellence or sales operations in the steel manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business planning.
- Experience managing a team of financial and sales professionals.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
