Greetings,

We are hiring **Freshers ** as Administrative Assistant to our Office in Mukkam.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree or above [any degree]
- English language proficiency.
- Basic Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Video Conferencing knowledge in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or other.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and Positive attitude.
- Able work in a team as well as individually.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure the punctuality and commitment to operational hours.
2. Maintain an organized, and hospitable office environment to create a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.
3. Complete tasks assigned by managers and directors perfectly and accurately to support efficient workflow.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, acting as the receptionist by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing queries to the relevant department or personnel.
5. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings both online and at the office.
6. Engage with students to coordinate classes, interviews, and provide updates on their educational status, offering support and guidance as needed.
7. Manage documentation processes, and securely store documents. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and hand over documents to the next level as required, providing assistance as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
