**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Support Representative in the Education Center’s telecalling team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, parents, and guardians. Your role will involve providing detailed information about courses, admissions processes, and answering general queries. You will assist in guiding potential students through the enrollment process, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Manage phone queries from potential students and parents regarding available courses, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details.
- **Provide Course Information**:
Offer accurate and detailed information about various courses, qualifications, and certifications available at the education center.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**:
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and prospective leads, encouraging enrollment and tracking responses. Guide students and parents through the admission process, answering questions about documentation, deadlines, and requirements. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback using the education center’s customer relationship management (CRM) software. Address any concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department. Collaborate with faculty, admissions teams, and administration to ensure smooth handling of inquiries and timely resolution of any issues. Conduct satisfaction surveys and gather feedback from students and parents to improve service quality. Participate in outreach campaigns via tele calling to promote new courses, workshops, or educational programs. Key **Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in education, communications, or related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, ideally within the education sector.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone manner. Ability to engage prospective students, explain the value of courses, and encourage enrollment. Ability to address inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions or escalating when needed. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several inquiries, follow-ups, and student records at the same time.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with education management systems is a plus. Ability to interact with students and parents in a respectful, patient, and empathetic manner, especially when dealing with queries related to admissions and fees. Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every interaction.
