Front Desk Executive

**Guest Services**:
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- **Reservations and Bookings**:
- Manage room reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer.
- Prepare daily reports, guest invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Monitor the lobby area and entrances to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Follow security procedures and protocols, including verifying guest identification and monitoring surveillance cameras.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, following established protocols and procedures.
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
