**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and communicating with the relevant

Departments.

2. Receiving, sorting, and distributing the daily mail.

3. Dispatching outgoing mail and or materials through couriers.

4. Recording all mails in separate registers neatly.

6. Keeping the Front Desk Welcome Area clean and presentable always.

7. Keeping Front Desk supplies always replenished.

8. Issuing Gate Passes and forwarding the same to HR. 9. Taking over total Stationery Distribution

Management.

10. Taking over some clerical duties like photocopying & filing etc.

11. Making weekly reports in a prescribed format.

12. You are also advised to Audit Washrooms every Tuesday & Friday and submit a report every

Saturday.

13. Apart from the above you will perform all duties, in relevance to your profile and stature, as and

when assigned to you by your seniors.

**Qualifications required**:

- Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

**Technical Skills**:
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Office and MS Excel is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
