**Job Summary**:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other third-party vendors. This role involves managing relationships with partners, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring that channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Execute Channel Sales Strategies**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Develop and implement channel marketing plans and sales strategies.
- Set targets for sales growth and partner performance.
**Partner Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and mutual growth.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to channel partners.
**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Director.
- Track sales targets and report on sales performance against goals.
**Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the channel.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on market needs and trends.
**Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure that partners have access to the latest product information.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure that partners receive timely assistance.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
**Experience**:
- 9+ years of experience in channel sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel partners and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the channel sales is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of channel sales in personal and healthcare segments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
