- ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - Client ServicesAll LocationsTo provide support to Apex APAC Corporate Services Business in managing a rapidlygrowing book of clients across a range of Corporate and Business Services transactions.Our clients are Private Companies, Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, andPrivate Equity Managers utilising APAC region domiciled Special Purpose Vehicle’s fortheir investment purposes. The Client Services team is a client facing team primarilyresponsible for managing client relationships from transaction inception to transactionwind down. The team is responsible for delivering our service offering to clients includingbut not limited to; transaction set up and on boarding, working with the Senior Team ontransaction closings and acting as a point of contact of each SPV.The Role:
- To provide administrative support to the Senior Team based in SG/HK responsiblefor delivering Corporate Solutions to its client base.To work with the senior team in adhering to procedures and processes to ensureconsistent high-quality deliverables.To work with the Senior Team on incorporation of entities, transfer and/or re

domicile of entities, transaction closing, and post-closing obligationsWork with the Finance team on the invoicing requirements for clients on a periodicbasis and report to Senior Team on any outstanding invoices after the requiredtime frame- Assist with the ongoing regulatory and entity compliance in the requiredjurisdictions.Establish and maintain quality key internal and external relationships with allstakeholders.- Support annual reporting for each SPV is completed.Support internal projects across Corporate SolutionsThe Skills:
