Client Relations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Deliver accurate and prompt information about products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns.
- Keep client records updated in the CRM system.
- Follow up on client requests to ensure their satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
