We at Yapsody India are seeking an experienced and organized **Client Coordinator** to work with us in our concert promotion division. You will be responsible for interacting with Clients, Agents, Managers etc. You will report directly to the senior management and work closely with the different teams within the organization.

You will also be responsible to ensure that the services delivered to our clients are aligned with the service level agreements in terms of content and quality.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Understand the clients’ requirements to enable Yapsody to deliver on their needs.
- Engage the Operations teams to ensure service quality delivery and improvement
- Manage communication among clients, relevant teams, and vendors
- Identify and track action items for both sides
- Facilitate the resolution of escalated operational issues
- Monitor the performance of the service agreement against the operating procedures and service levels agreed with the client
- Identify and track relevant business metrics for advising clients and maximizing Yapsody’s effectiveness
- Ensure regular performance reviews are conducted with clients
- Document, coordinate and resolve problems and issues impacting quality of service
- Manage client feedback & review
- Prepare client presentations and reports
- Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, progress reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
- Attend the needs of the client and seek ways to add value to the client relationship.
- Coordinate new client on-boarding
- Administer contracts with clients and vendors

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably working as an Executive Assistant for a Senior Level Executive or account servicing role)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Keen interest in western music
- Exposure to US environment and experience in dealing with U.S. entities is a plus
- Ability to work as per U.S. day time, approximately 10:00pm to 7:00am IST, Monday through Friday
