### **Job Overview**:
The Relationship Manager in Insurance Sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are provided with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves both sales and service functions, requiring a deep understanding of insurance products and excellent communication skills.
### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition and Retention**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

2. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets through the sale of insurance products.
- Present and promote insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to match products with client requirements.

3. **Product Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products.
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable insurance coverage.

4. **Customer Service and Relationship Management**:

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Schedule regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

5. **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all sales and service activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide clients with suitable risk management solutions.
- Manage and mitigate any potential risks related to client accounts.

6. **Team Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
### **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years in insurance sales or a related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
