Inside Sales Executive

Requirement - Inside Sales
Work Location - Noida (Onsite)
Experience - 4 to 7 Years
Notice period - Immediate
Diversity preferred - Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' business challenges and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate our IT services and solutions to prospects through virtual meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop customized solutions and proposals that address clients' specific needs.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and other sales tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha etc.
Pay: ₹164,533.32 - ₹200,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
