Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated freelancer to assist us with the onboarding process for Meesho sellers. As a leading social commerce platform in India, Meesho provides a platform for individuals to start their online businesses by selling a wide range of products to their networks.
Job Responsibilities:
Seller Registration: Help potential sellers navigate the Meesho registration process, guiding them through the necessary steps to create their seller account successfully.
Product Listing Assistance: Support sellers in listing their products on the Meesho platform by providing guidance on product descriptions, pricing, and image optimization. Help them understand the importance of high-quality visuals and compelling product details to attract buyers.
Order Processing Guidance: Assist sellers in understanding the order processing workflow, including order confirmation, packaging, and shipment tracking. Ensure sellers are aware of Meesho's policies regarding timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management Support: Advise sellers on effective inventory management strategies, including keeping track of stock, replenishment, and dealing with product returns or exchanges. Help them optimize their inventory to ensure a smooth selling experience.
Marketing and Promotion: Educate sellers on various marketing techniques to promote their Meesho store and products effectively. This may involve guiding them on social media marketing, leveraging Meesho's built-in marketing tools, and providing tips for customer engagement and retention.
Customer Support Guidelines: Provide sellers with insights into customer support best practices, including handling queries, addressing complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Help them understand the importance of timely communication and prompt issue resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably with Meesho or similar social commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online selling practices, including product listing optimization, inventory management, and customer support.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and strategies for promoting online stores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support sellers through the onboarding process.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow Meesho's guidelines and policies.
Note: This is a remote freelance opportunity, and the selected freelancer will work on a project basis.
Payout for each seller
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
