**Description du poste**:
Directly attached to the CEO of HR MRO, you will have to insure legal compliance, oversee corporate governance, and provide advisory services to the board of directors.
Your main key responsibilities will be:
- Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and laws to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks. This involves staying updated on corporate charters, by-laws, and regulatory changes
- Corporate Advising: Providing unique perspectives and insights to board members on risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. You will have to facilitate the Board decision making by sharing the risks associated.
- Organization: Planning and executing various meetings, including committee, shareholder, and board meetings. You will be responsible for the management of the board calendar.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and legal documents to ensure transparency and compliance with regulations
You get your license from the Institute of Secretaries of India (ICSI) after completing 10+2 or intermediate from any discipline. Additional Degree or Diploma in the streams Finance /Law /Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be an added advantage.

To be successful in your position, you will have to demonstrate:
- Legal Knowledge and Financial Analysis: Understanding legal compliance, financial analysis, and statutory requirements is crucial to ensure the company meets its legal obligations and avoids any legal issues
- Detail-Oriented: Being meticulous and attentive to details is essential for handling the responsibilities associated with your role
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital as Company Secretaries act as a bridge between shareholders, top executives, and board members. You must relay information effectively and be open to listening to concerns within the company. You also will have to able to solve conflict management issues.
- Corporate Governance: Having a solid foundation in corporate governance is key for overseeing governance procedures, equity administration, and supporting the board of directors on legal and compliance matters
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding regulatory requirements, structuring registrations with authorities, and ensuring internal controls are in place to prevent errors or fraud is essential for maintaining compliance within the new industrial plant
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing meetings, maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks efficiently
- IT & Language: Additionally you must be proficient with an advanced level in Microsoft Office and be fluent in English.
- Multitasking Abilities: Given your diverse responsibilities, the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks is crucial for success in a dynamic environment
