**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and qualify potential customers interested in health plans through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Educate clients on different health plan options, benefits, coverage, and costs to help them make informed decisions.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and preferences of each client.

Customize health plan recommendations based on client needs and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate and timely information.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to excel in the role.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.

Understanding of healthcare terminology, regulations, and insurance products is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings and events may be required.

**Location**:
This position is based Delhi NCR. Some travel within the region may be necessary.

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus commission and benefits package.

Pay: ₹10,009.26 - ₹27,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
