Position - City Sales Head
Job Location - Bangalore
City Range - 15 Lpa to 30 Lpa + variables
Experience -
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales & Operations in the Healthcare industry
Preferred Industry - Healthtech / Healthcare / Medical / Hospital /
We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.
Responsibilities :
Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals
Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met
Required Skills:
Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
5+ years of experience in B2C sales role
Proven success in team management
Ability to travel as needed for business engagements
