**Position Overview**:As a Key Account Manager for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), your primary responsibility is to manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing portfolios, and strategizing to meet both client and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

l End to end ownership of complete client experience post on-boarding.

l Managing internal stakeholders like Tech, Credit, Operations, Finance & Accounts to meet the client expectations and swift execution of all deliverables.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and align company products and services to meet those requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding client portfolios.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.

**Portfolio Management**:

- Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring timely servicing and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics related to client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with client accounts.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet client needs.
- Provide input into product development and service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.

l Relationships
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively keeping the client updated.
- Conducting regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships.
- Coordinating with internal stake holders like credit, risk, operations and finance to get transactional things done as per desired timelines.
- Provide numbers wrt assigned clients from time to time for CXO reviews and suggest changes future course of action.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with client accounts, implementing controls as necessary.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to NBFC operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of NBFC products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional certifications in account management or financial services (e.g., NISM) are advantageous.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
