Project Sales Executive

As a Project Sales Executive/Manager in the lighting industry based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities primarily focused on project-based sales. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing opportunities within the designated territory, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing lighting solutions tailored to the specific requirements of projects. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and other decision-makers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Lucknow and surrounding areas.
- Identify and qualify project opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, developers, and other relevant stakeholders to generate project leads and specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in selecting appropriate lighting solutions based on project requirements, budget constraints, and design aesthetics.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of our lighting products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation of products as per project timelines and specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager or senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
